Review by Daniel~
This extremely important, beautiful, and truly practical self-help guide should be in every public library on the planet.
When teenagers or adults that we know closely are angry, frustrated, depressed, bored, hurt, deeply troubled, or they have experienced a great loss in their lives from illness, injury, death of a loved one, or recent divorce, we can feel completely powerless to help them. In fact when tragic situations happen, it’s often quite difficult or inappropriate to give practical advice or find the correct soothing words to say to comfort them.
Now every compassionate human on the planet can do something wonderful and practical for those they love or care about that will truly enable them to help themselves. Some people are so depressed, angry, sad and upset that they won’t seek professional help, or they can’t afford to seek the help of a family counsellor or psychotherapist. That is why I highly recommend this book to the public at large.
I am merely a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather and a certified psychotherapist, but in my humble opinion, this is one of the best self-help books ever written on this important subject. I will buy a copy of this beautiful book for everyone that I love and everyone else in my life that I care deeply about.
Even in the face of adversity you really can change your life for the better.
